Alhamdulillah. We finally have our "Doa Selamat" at our new house. And i feel relieved that everything went smooth. A minor improvement would be for our next event, Insya Allah, to prepare more grilled chicken.
"Getting ready stage" for the event. Hubby and daddy BBQ-ing the chicken and lamb chops. We were expecting about 10 people to turn up for the event including the 3 of us. So we prepared what we thought would be enough for 10 people.
I guess we were wrong. It turned out we have more than 15 people to cater for. Luckly we have most of our guests brought in their own food. Thanks to Ka Yati for the "Kek Batik", "Seri Muka", Hamidah for the cake, Salina for "Bubur Cha-Cha" and Shikin & Reni for the fruits. I hope i didn't miss any names, if i did, please accept my appology. Once again thank you so much for coming and the foods.

In the picture above i had to company mummy sitting on the chair because of her arthritis problem. After the recitation of Surah Yassin, it is about time we enjoyed the food. Yummy! This is also the time to get to know each other better.
Our nights were enlightened by the presence of our guests' kids. I love them! They are so cute and playful!
