Riverfire Show is a yearly event in Brisbane!! And it is happening tonight!!
In between afternoon and evening visits for little Princess, we went to the central Brisbane to find our what this show is actually about. I really wanted to witness this show as my office-mates and baby nurses were talking about it alot! It was a good timing as Hubby and Sis Mia are here too. It was to our surprice that hundreds of thousands of people flocked to the city tonight to watch the annual Riverfire fireworks spectacular. It was the best firework show i've ever attended!! The timing couldn't be anymore perfect as Ramadhan is coming to an end. This would be the time in Brunei that fireworks can be loudly heard.

In blustery conditions, crowds spread all along the river as well as on the bridges (Story, Goodwill and Victoria bridges) to catch the fire-light show, as well as the Riverfire F-111 "dump and burn" show. Sis Mia, Hubby and myself were amongst the spectators chose Victoria bridge as our spot to witness this amazing show!! Gasps were regularly heard throughout the crowd as the 16-tonne pyrotechnics display (fire trail in the air) made their way overhead, wowed parents and children alike. F-111 "dumb and burn" show is definitely our favourite show tonight!!
