Room 5 Graduation

On my evening visit today, I had a wonderful 2-hour kangaroo cuddle with the little Princess. She seemed to be enjoying the cuddle as much as I did. It was really amazing!!

Another big day for little Princess!!! Little Rania has been progressing very well overall. She hardly give any hard time to any of the baby nurses who were caring for her. Her doctor and baby nurses were so pleased that they decided that after we had the cuddle, she would be moved to another room, from room 5 to room 2. Room 5 in the NICU is usually to accomodate newly born preemie who are still weak and require the most attention. Room 2, although still in the NICU is for those babies who are getting stronger, healthier, and bigger too!! This means that she is one step closer to SCU (Special Care Nursery) where she will be placed in a normal baby cot before going home!! The nurses were all hoping and highly expecting that little Princess would progress very well with her CPAP. I'm sure she will eventually grow out of it and be moved to Special Care Nursery.. Ammin!!

Mummy and Daddy are really proud of you, little Princess!! The room change has taken me by surprise, it was as if i was dreaming!! I'm really excited!!

Took a couple of photos during her transfer ,and the new room too. I love her new room!!
